BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
The following shall apply in the event of booking cancellations:
- Booking cancellation 22 or more days prior to the arrival date: the advance payment is returned to the customer (any expenses are charged to the customer).
- Booking cancellation 14 to 21 prior to the arrival date: 50% of the advance payment is returned to the customer (any expenses are charged to the customer).
- Booking cancellation 13 or less days prior to the arrival date: no portion of the advance payment is returned to the customer.
